As the Assistant Sales Manager,  you ensure that everyone who enters The Cross has a “Feel Good, Happy Place” experience. You are in charge of opening the doors and welcoming our guests. Making them feel taken care of, excited about the products and services we have to offer. You engage them in conversations and introduce them to our team members, ensuring they leave happy and satisfied. 

We believe that treating our customers like friends and family is vital to our success. 

To maintain this, we need the right people to confidently support our team in executing our core values each and every day, in each and every interaction. From answering the phone to facilitating sales, to helping mop up a mess, the goal is the sales floor running in an efficient and profitable manner. All this to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and to continually exceed our client’s expectations.

Exceptions might include, Special Ordered Furniture or Decor, Jewellery and Original Art, Sleepwear, Towels, & used Bedding. Wear and tear will be evaluated along with the timeline of purchase. All of these exceptions will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

We do our best to ensure a positive result, and from time to time we may need to negotiate a solution to suit both parties.

We want to take care of you fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return and/or we will need to negotiate on a case-by-case basis.

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. If no record of sale is available and we choose to provide a refund, your personal identification will be required to process the return and the return is provided at current price on a Gift Card.
