Returns | You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with your receipt, including all packaging. 

Refunds | Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges | If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in finding a suitable replacement and guide you through the exchange process.

Exceptions | Certain items, such as customized products, perishable goods, and sale merchandise, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer service team for clarification.

Return Shipping | Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return label or pickup.

Damaged or Defective Items | If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exceptions might include, Special Ordered Furniture or Decor, Jewellery and Original Art, Sleepwear, Towels, & used Bedding. Wear and tear will be evaluated along with the timeline of purchase. All of these exceptions will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

We do our best to ensure a positive result, and from time to time we may need to negotiate a solution to suit both parties.

We want to take care of you fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return and/or we will need to negotiate on a case-by-case basis.

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. If no record of sale is available and we choose to provide a refund, your personal identification will be required to process the return and the return is provided at current price on a Gift Card.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash value.
